CHANGE IN CURRICULUM

TO ALL STUDENTS:

The Training Department has noted the following changes to the curriculum:

a)    That the modules LABOUR LAW 1 and LABOUR LAW 2 shall have to reflect the impending changes necessitated by the consolidation of the Trade Disputes Act, The Trade Unions and Employers’ Organizations Act and the Employment Act into one.

b)    That Labour Practice and the Courts Module shall have to move to the final semester, before students graduate and begin to work as Labour Consultants.

c)    That in lieu of the Internship Module, students be allowed to prepare and submit a portfolio from their workplaces, where a student is in full time employment.

The changes will take effect from the 2023/2024 academic year and shall run as such.
